Main House
Built high above the pool, the main house is surrounded by decks which are easily accessed through the screened sliding doors.
The newly renovated kitchen, living and dining areas flow seamlessly together. There is a powder room conveniently located just off the kitchen, and a day bed for an extra guest, lazy afternoon read, or pre dinner nap.
Bedrooms
The air conditioned master bedroom is located across the deck, on the same level as the main house. Surrounded by screened windows you can enjoy the cool trade winds, or close them and use the air conditioner. With a king bed and en suite bathroom it truly is a master retreat.
Downstairs, the air conditioned poolside guest room has twin beds that can be made up as a king on request. The en suite bathroom features a granite boulder built into the shower! Go ahead and take a dip in the pool before retiring for the evening.
Outside
With multiple levels to enjoy it will be difficult to choose your favorite spot to relax. It might be on a chaise lounge by the pool, the hammock on the main deck, or high up in the crows nest while watching the sunset.
No matter where you are, you will surely be relaxed.
Location
Conveniently located in a private estate between Spring Bay and The Baths you can leisurely walk to either beach. Top of the Baths restaurant and Mad Dog bar are both a short five minute walk away.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- Two person rate based on one bedroom only.
- 10% government tax must be added to the rates above. We do not charge a service charge, but we do encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the housekeepers at the end of their stay.
- Extra person charge $35 per night plus 10% government tax.
- Christmas minimum stay requirement, 10 nights at the full four person rate.
- A 50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The deposit and final payment are non refundable, unless the space can be filled, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
