Main House

The kitchen, living room and dining room are open concept, surrounded by sliding screen doors so you can admire the view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Tucked in on the side is the den/TV room with a pull out couch if you need to sleep an extra person. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create scrumptious meals to enjoy. 

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are separated by decks and bridges offering the utmost privacy. The master bedroom and lower guest bedroom have en suite bathrooms, and the upper bedroom has a private bathroom just outside your door. All three bedrooms are air conditioned, have outdoor showers and have their own private decks. The master bedroom has a small kitchen and sitting area, making it your own personal retreat. 

Outside

Wooden decks wrap around the main house, and connect the living areas and bedrooms to the exquisite pool in the center of the property. Even floating in the pool you can look out over the tree tops and admire the ocean view. Above the pool is a covered gazebo furnished with plush couches. Explore a little more and you will find many shady nooks to enjoy a nap or a book. The back deck has a gas grill and seating area perfect for a cookout. 

Location

Located in Spring Bay Estates, you are only a three minute walk to Spring Bay Beach. Conveniently located a minute from our office and commissary, you can take a secret short cut path over when you need that last minute item to add to your dinner.
