Living Area
The open concept living room and kitchen has enough space for a couple, or a family with a young child. The pull out couch can be tucked away in the day while you take a break from the beach and retreat from the mid day heat. The colorful furnishings are tastefully selected to enhance the charm of this one bedroom villa.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a king bed or twin beds on request, and vaulted ceilings. Open the walls of windows, turn on the ceiling fan, and let the tropical breeze flow gently in. If you prefer the comfort of air conditioning, you have that option too. The spacious bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower big enough for two.
Patio and Outdoor Space
Enjoy the lush green gardens that surround the property from your screened in lanai, providing peace and tranquility. Turn on the accent waterfall to add to the ambiance. Minimal stairs also makes this villa ideal for anyone with slight mobility issues.
Location
Casa Luna is located in Spring Bay estates, approximately a 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach down the private estate road. There is a secret shortcut to our office and commissary for your late night ice cream run!

Tax and Deposit Policy
- 10% government tax must be added to the rates above. We do not charge a service charge, but we do encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the housekeepers at the end of their stay.
- Extra person charge $35 per night plus 10% government tax.
- Christmas minimum stay requirement, 10 nights.
- A 50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The deposit and final payment are non refundable, unless the space can be filled, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
