Living Area
The main living area is completely open concept. The newly renovated kitchen has all the bells and whistles... modern appliances, dishwasher and deep farmhouse sink. Dining area and bar are right off the kitchen making it perfect for entertaining. The raised living area has a TV and rattan furnishings. Sliding glass doors open onto the patio and look out to the ocean.
Bedrooms
The air conditioned guest bedrooms are located down a short outdoor hallway from the main living area. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an outdoor shower. Sliding glass doors open into the tropical garden. The second bedroom is close enough to the master bedroom for the kids, but still private enough if you travel as two couples. The guest bathroom, with open air shower, is across the hallway. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, but also have screened louvered windows and screened sliding doors if you prefer to enjoy the fresh ocean air.
Outside
The patio has two levels which enables you to enjoy both the ocean view and the garden view. The upper level is partially covered so you can choose to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. The lower level has a dining table and gas barbeque to enjoy alfresco dining. The sparkling white sand and clear blue ocean at Spring Bay are just steps away.
Location
No need to pack up the car to head to the beach! Beach House is steps away from Spring Bay Beach. You have a private access path directly onto the beach.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- 10% government tax must be added to the rates above. We do not charge a service charge, but we do encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the housekeepers at the end of their stay.
- Extra person charge $35 per night plus 10% government tax.
- Christmas minimum stay requirement, 10 nights.
- A 50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The deposit and final payment are non refundable, unless the space can be filled, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
